Biography
Dr. Sam Dozie is an Executive Business Advisor, educator, military veteran, and service-centered leader. His professional approach reflects decades of learning, leadership, and commitment to people. Dr. Dozie served 4 years and 4 months in the United States Navy as a chaplain and Lieutenant, supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military service strengthened a leadership philosophy grounded in service, responsibility, preparation, and stewardship.
His academic formation includes an Ed.D. from Liberty University, an M.Sc. in Special Education from National University, U.S. Naval Officer Leadership Training at NETC Newport, an M.Sc. in Public Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an M.Div. from Urban University, Rome.
Today, Dr. Dozie works as a relationship opener and strategic connector. He begins focused conversations with business owners, executives, and benefits decision-makers; helps clarify the need; and, when appropriate, introduces qualified experts or solution providers. He does not claim to personally perform every technical analysis or guarantee any result.
